By downloading or using Numerology Calculator ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

The App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non‑commercial use, subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula), which is incorporated by reference.

2. Entertainment only

Numerology content, readings, compatibility scores, and forecasts are provided for entertainment and self‑reflection only. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make.

3. AI‑generated content

Optional readings are generated by an on‑device AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. They are offered "as is" for reflection only.

4. Subscriptions

Numerology Pro is offered as an auto‑renewable subscription (e.g., Annual or Weekly). Pricing is shown in the App and may vary by region.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless auto‑renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
